Les Radcliffe started Radcliffe Homes & Remodeling in 1988 after being part owner of another construction company named Black Hammer Builders. He worked with his customer and on the job, working as a carpenter. He set the bar then for what quality of work was to be expected and has made sure that all work thereafter meets or exceeds that standard. Today we work equally on New Home Construction and Home Remodeling and additions. We have most recently added a Handyman Service to the list of skills we take pride in for our customers. Radcliffe Homes & Remodeling started in 1988 with completing 5-6 projects a year and 3-4 employees, currently we complete approximately 70-80 projects a year and have a team of 12-15 employees.

He has utilized his education and seven years of teaching experience in creating some of the finest homes in the Rochester area. Les has over 35 years experience and was selected 'Homebuilder of the Year' by the Rochester Area Builders in 1997. He has been a Licensed Builder for just under 30 years. Les knows that you have the last word in his success and that is why always does his very best!
	Dave Reynolds – Remodeling Sales Representative/Manager Phone: 533-8295 or 358-5007 Email: dave@radcliffehomes.com Dave achieved the award of Eagle Scout. He worked as a carpenter for 4 years 3 of which was for Radcliffe Homes before opening his own remodeling business. Dave has been a Licensed Builder for 4 years. Les then bought his business after 2 short years and brought him on to the team. For the past 4 years Dave has worked on building the Radcliffe Homes Remodeling & Handyman service divisions. He has worked with customers from the dream stage to completion, walking with you through the whole process.
